This FAQ page is designed to answer the most common questions about pricing, what to expect, and details about booking sessions.

What does “Pay It Forward” mean?

Pay for your session. If you have extra money and want to help us heal our community, then you can apply additional funds to sponsor those who cannot afford it.

What if I don’t have enough money?

Pay what you can toward the service. We will pull from the money set aside from others donating. This does not mean you can come for free. We do have overhead as business owners and have to pay the lovely people who assist you during your visit. We also find that there needs to be an energy exchange, so the service has value.



How long is a session?

The sessions can be purchased in one-hour increments. We suggest starting with two hours. Dr. Sandra Michael’s suggests that this is when the cells start to make changes.

Most research showed that the body began to change at 10 hours.

How much does it cost?

We charge $40 per hour.

What should I expect when I arrive?

Our staff will greet you in the lobby. You’ll be in a room with others, so we encourage you to use the bathroom when you arrive to minimize disruptions during the session. Our staff will review your consent as well as the scalar room session guidelines, then you will be escorted into the scalar room at the start of your session, where you there will be mats to lie on or anti-gravity chairs to relax in.

Sit back, close your eyes, & rest. The healing works best if you are resting.

Will I feel anything?

The towers are located in the four corners of the room. The system does not physically touch your body. Some people can feel the energy waves. Some cannot. It is still working even if you can not feel it.

What can I expect when I am done with the session?

When your time is up, one of our lovely healers will gently tap you 5 minutes before your session time is complete. You will gather your belongings and ease your way to the lobby. Please exit quietly. If you have questions, please feel free to ask our lovely healers in the lobby. Please be mindful in the lobby to ensure a peaceful time for those still in the scalar room.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

For the hourly appointments, the minimum age requirement is 16, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please see the PRIVATE OVERNIGHT appointments for all other minors.

Will staff be available to us during our Private Overnight session?

Yes! A staff member will be spending the night in the facility to be available to help you settle into your sleeping room and to answer your questions. The staff will also have their own safety buddy spending the night. If the employee feels for any reason they need to sleep in the room with you to monitor the safety of the system, it is their discretion to do so.

What amenities do you offer for our Private Overnight session?

There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink, and electrical outlets for your use. No food is allowed in the scalar room, but we do have a large lobby table where you can eat.

Do you provide the same chairs & mats from the hourly DAY sessions during our Private Overnight session?

Yes! There are 2 cushioned mats & 6 zero-gravity chairs available during your overnight, if desired. The room will be open for you to set up your comforts and our staff can assist. Please bring anything you want for a comfortable stay, such as additional cushioned floor mats, air mattresses, cots, zero-gravity chairs, bedding, pillows, eye masks, ear plugs, etc. 

What do I do if I want to book a Private Overnight session and someone in my group has special needs?

To help your overnight go smoothly, we ask that you reach out by email to concierge@EEsystemRaleigh.com before booking so we can make sure we can meet your needs! We are here to help and will do our best to assist & accommodate!

Can we buy EESystem products at your center, such as medallions & bracelets?

Yes! We carry the EESystem’s bioscalar enhanced products! Choose from their medallions, bracelets, EE salt, & face masks! Don’t see an item you want or size you want? Let us know & we will get it in the office for you, saving you on shipping & their service costs! Payment options: cash, check, Zelle, VENMO, or Cash APP.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, go to your confirmation email or reminder email and scroll to the bottom where you’ll find a black box labeled “Change/Cancel Appointment.” You can reschedule your session to another session that is the same length of time. If you wish to add more time, you can purchase more time by booking an additional appointment for the length of the additional time. If you cancel your appointment, your refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

How do I get a refund?

Please email us and let us know you have canceled. For the hourly appointments, as long as it is outside our 24-hour cancellation policy and outside of the 7-day cancellation policy for overnights, you will get a full refund. It takes 7-10 days to be returned to your account.
